The nose is aromatic, spicy, toasted and offers a beautiful grain. It reveals notes of nutmeg, pepper and small notes of sweet spices, associated with touches of infusion, hints of blackberry, pulpy strawberry, as well as discreet hints of Madagascar pepper. The palate is beautifully juicy, offering a little pulpy side, delicate floral notes, gourmandise and a certain brightness. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of bright cassis, violet, lilac and small notes of small bright wild fruits, associated with touches of blueberry, wild raspberry, as well as discreet hints of blond tobacco, cardamom and toasted hazelnut. A lovely mellowness on the mid-palate and a fine, sappy, iodized on the finish.
