M Château de Malle 2024 – Bordeaux Blanc

The nose is fruity, well-built and offers good definition, a fine iodized, coating and textured side, and a lovely mineral, racy and iodized side. It reveals notes of white peach, acacia and small notes of fresh lemon, associated with touches of fresh apricot, as well as a hint of fresh pear, almost yuzu. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, it offers a tangy frame, juiciness, freshness, good definition and energy. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of crunchy apple, crunchy peach and small notes of zest, combined with touches of racy minerality, as well as fine hints of toasted almond and a subtle hint of racy gravelly minerality. A mid-palate towards the finish that becomes tighter. An electric wine with a subtle, almost sappy hint and a fine hint of good bitterness in the background.
