Héritage de Monlot 2024 – Bordeaux Blanc

The nose is precise, quite aromatic and offers a fine toasted side and fine tension. It reveals notes of pulpy yellow apple, small pulpy fruits and small notes of small yellow fruits, associated with fine hints of yellow flowers, almost buttery, and a touch of pear. The palate is fruity, juicy, suave, it offers a mineral frame, good definition, acidity, a fine gourmandise, precision and suppleness. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy apple, bright yellow peach and small notes of quince, combined with a touch of kumquat, as well as a subtle hint of almost sweet grapefruit, lilac and fresh almond. Good length. A subtle hint of butter in the background. A fine tannic side in both structure and aromatic.
