Château Suduiraut – Pur Semillion 2024 – Bordeaux Blanc

The nose is ample, elegant and offers a certain depth, fine concentration and a lovely airy grain. There are notes of fresh quince, small white fruits and small notes of nutmeg, associated with a fine hint of almost fresh hazelnut, fresh spices, as well as a discreet hint of peach blossom and peach. The palate is fruity and offers gourmandise, fullness, breadth, lovely finesse of grain and a tangy frame. Ample, generous, fine fatness with an airy character. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of quenette, apple blossom and small notes of crushed lychee, combined with touches of creamy pear, hints of verbena, as well as a subtle hint of butter/brioche. Good length. A subtle hint of almost peach blossom (in the background), apricot and toasted hazelnut on the finish/persistence.
