The nose is very aromatic and captivating, with an excessive nuances of honeyed and flowers. It expresses notes of honeysuckle, acacia, lily, flower honey, candied lemon, balanced by the tangy freshness of lemon juice, lemon zest and green apple. Aeration also reveals notes of butter, toasted hazelnut and vanilla. The palate expresses a good bitterness of grapefruit and chestnut honey on the attack, which are then complemented by notes of citrus (blood orange, crushed lemon), green apple, tangy apricot, as well as vanilla in the background and toasted hazelnut. The finish offers a lively and salivating acidity. A fragrant and chiseled wine.
