(90% Sauvignon Blanc, 7% Semillon, 3% Sauvignon Gris) A lovely, elegant, fruity nose, coating, delicate, frank, precise that offers a lovely purity and sense of detail. There are notes of quenette, brilliant vine peach and small notes of small bright fruits, associated with touches of passion fruit, a hint of creamy green apple, as well as a hint of fresh quince, fresh kumquat, almost verbena and a subtle floral hint. The palate is well-built, fresh (superb freshness), supple and offers energy, acidity, good substance, roundness, an enveloping side in finesse, balance, a tangy frame, a very nice fatness (in roundness and finesse) and precision. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/bright vine peach, crushed apple and small notes of quince and Amalfi lemon, combined with fine hints of quince, lilac and a subtle hint of verbena. Good length. A subtle hint of almost ripe pineapple and brioche in the background. A very discreet hint of lime in the background leads the tasting.
