Fiefs de Lagrange 2024 – Saint-Julien

The nose is pretty, elegant, fruity, velvety and offers a certain aromatic intensity. It reveals notes of violet, crushed cassis and small notes of blackberry, associated with touches of cornflower, fleshy charlotte strawberry, as well as hints of cornflower, a subtle hint of graphene and star anise. The palate is nicely mineral, fresh, juicy and mineral, it offers a certain fullness, a lovely mellow mid-palate, a fine, iodized, gourmand texture and a tangy frame. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy raspberry, fleshy/juicy blackberry and small notes of cornflower, combined with touches of sweet tobacco, vanilla, as well as a hint of chocolate, nutmeg and a hint of cherry blossom.
