Evoke 2024 – Saint-Julien

The nose is elegant, frank, airy and smoky. It reveals notes of wild blackberry, crushed raspberry and small notes of small crushed red fruits, associated with touches of pulpy violet plum, as well as fine hints of smoke, sweet pepper and a very discreet hint of hazelnut. The palate is mineral, racy, fresh, it offers a mineral frame, fine acidity and very fine crispness. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/fresh blackberry, raspberry and small notes of cherry, combined with fine touches of fresh plum, as well as a hint of lily, racy minerality, smoke and a discreet hint of camphor.
