The nose is beautifully fruity and offers a certain concentration of fruit, creaminess and gourmandise. It reveals notes of crushed strawberry, small creamy red fruits and small notes of violet, associated with touches of cornflower, small pulpy black fruits, fleshy plum, as well as fine hints of cornflower, Bourbon vanilla, a discreet floral hint, almost a discreet verbena side. The palate is well-built, supple, juicy, precise and offers minerality, a little freshness and good definition. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/fresh cherry, pulpy/juicy violet plum and small notes of cornflower, combined with touches of pulpy raspberry, hints of nutmeg, toasted, toasted almond, a hint of racy minerality, as well as a hint of small fresh/juicy red fruits and a hint of star anise. Good length. The tannins are precise and juicy/fresh. A discreet hint of iodized in the background.
