The nose is fruity, elegant, racy and offers a lovely intensity of fruit, elegant concentration, a lovely texture of grain and a fine mellowness. There are notes of violet, creamy cassis and small notes of crushed strawberry, associated with touches of cornflower, a hint of almost crushed blueberry, as well as fine hints of almost pink, pink pepper, discreet hints of sweet spices and a delicate hint of colas. The palate is well-built, precise, juicy, fresh and offers a lovely racy minerality, tension, energy, freshness and a tangy frame. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, pulpy cassis and small notes of fresh raspberry, combined with touches of tonka bean, fresh flowers, as well as a subtle hint of pink berries, fresh cornflower, toasted, toasted almond and toasted hazelnut. Mellowness and fine salinity in the background. The tannins are fresh, sappy and finely powdered.
