The nose is elegant, airy, delicate, melodious, complex and offers good definition, elegant aromatic richness and a velvety side. There are notes of pulpy pear, crushed apple and small notes of fleshy vine peach, associated with touches of sweet flowers, delicate hints of pineapple, verbena, quenette, as well as a subtle hint of ripe citrus and carambola. The palate is well-built, supple, elegant, airy, delicate and offers richness, pulpiness, delicacy, depth, acidity and energy. All in accuracy and mastery. A lovely, fine fatness resulting from stirring on the lees. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of crunchy vine peach, pulpy apple and small notes of citrus fruit, combined with touches of pink grapefruit, as well as fine hints of pineapple, peach blossom, verbena and a saline hint. Lovely finish with a delicate hint of sappy, peach blossom and iodine on the persistence. A subtle, almost tannic hint (structure) on the finish. Lovely persistence. A nicely structured/constructed gastronomic wine, full of precision, gourmandise and energy. Opulence with finesse.
