Château Tayac 2024 – Margaux

The nose is elegant, velvety and offers energy and a lovely airy side on spices. It reveals notes of violet, nutmeg/sweet spices and small notes of fleshy cassis, associated with touches of fleshy cherry, as well as fine hints of cherry, discreet hints of sweet tobacco and iodine. The palate is mineral, it offers a fresh frame, acidity, minerality,  energy and lovely finesse and a melodious side. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy cassis, elegant/ripe cherry, combined with touches of violet, lilac, as well as hints of wild raspberry, small bright red berries, violet and hints of infusion and chocolate. A wine offering harmony and lovely finesse in its texture. Good length and definition.
