(Organic) The nose is elegant, it offers beautiful finesse of grain, fine powdery, good definition and suppleness. It reveals notes of crushed raspberry, crushed redcurrant and small notes of violet, associated with touches of cornflower, pepper, spices, as well as fine hints of smoke and bigarreau black cherry. The palate is well-built, supple, fresh, elegant, gourmand, brilliant and offers energy and a lovely purity and fleshiness of fruit. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of fleshy/brilliant red cherry, small crushed red berries and small notes of bergamot and pulpy plum, combined with touches of small red berries/cranberry, as well as hints of crushed strawberry, cornflower, blond tobacco and a hint of fresh vanilla. A nicely juicy and fresh wine, offering energy and harmony.
