Domaine Les Sadons 2024 – Pauillac

The nose is peppery, spicy and offers fine power, lovely finesse of grain and precision. It reveals notes of pulpy raspberry, fleshy cassis and small notes of crushed strawberry, associated with touches of vanilla, small crushed red fruits, toasted almond, as well as fine hints of sweet spices. The palate is beautifully fruity, brilliant and bright, it offers good definition, a little roundness, a certain suavity and a tangy frame. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cherry, pulpy cassis and small notes of cornflower, combined with touches of small brilliant red berries, as well as hints of tobacco, star anise, toasted hazelnut and cardamom. The tannins are precise and mellow. A subtle hint of sappy in the background. A wine offering minerality and freshness.
