Château La Fon du Berger 2024 – Pauillac

The nose is beautifully frank, quite intense, precise and offers a certain delicacy in its intensity. It reveals notes of wild blackberry, gray pepper and small notes of cornflower, associated with touches of tobacco, as well as fine hints of nutmeg and a discreet hint of clove. The palate is fruity, juicy, suave and offers a mineral frame and lovely juicy/suave fruit. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, blueberry and small notes of small bright red berries, combined with touches of racy minerality, as well as fine hints of graphene, sweet blond tobacco and bourbon vanilla. Good length.
