The wine has a beautiful, clear, bright orange color. The initial nose is fresh and vinous. The second nose opens with more intensity and notes of clementine zest and yellow peach in syrup. The palate is fresh with a crisp attack and smoky, almost barbecue-like notes. There are fresh and cooked red and black berries like cherry, plum, and fig. The finish is intense with a certain depth and still a slightly smoky note. There is also a vegetal, grassy aspect. It is refreshing and gastronomic.
