The wine has a pale melon color. The initial nose is mineral, fresh, almost white mint. There are subtle hints of fruit. The second nose opens with more intensity and still an interesting freshness. There are notes of peach and fresh mango. The palate is tangy from the start with notes of mango, juicy yellow peach, and clementine zest. There is a slight bitterness on the finish, which is dynamic. The wine is mouth-watering and aromatic. The end of the tasting is discreetly apple-like.
