The wine has a pale melon color. The initial nose is fresh and fruity with notes of fresh wild berries. The second nose opens with more intensity and touches of lemon zest as well as stone fruits like juicy vine peach. The palate is fresh, tangy on the attack with a lovely note of red apple and lychee. The acidity is very present in the mid-palate like lemon juice. It is fresh and thirst-quenching with a rounder finish of crunchy berries like purple plum.
