The nose is elegant, fruity and offers a certain gourmandise, texture and depth. A lovely powdery, precise and airy. There are notes of violet, pulpy violet plum, camphor and small notes of boysenberry, associated with touches of concentrated Charlotte strawberry, as well as fine hints of smoke and sweet spices. The palate is well-built, fruity, balanced and offers freshness, acidity/a tangy frame, textured, fine density/concentration and a lovely vibrant side. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/fresh cassis, small juicy/fresh fruits and small notes of violet/lily, combined with touches of small fresh/juicy wild red fruits, hints of tonka bean, incense, toasted almond, as well as fine hints of cocoa nibs and toastiness. The tannins are finely powdered and gourmand. Fine creaminess, even velvety on the finish. A caressing and delicate side.
