Clos Marsalette 2024 – Pessac-Léognan

Clos Marsalette 2024 – Pessac-Léognan

(54% Sauvignon Blanc, 46% Sémillon) The nose is fruity, elegant, beautifully racy and offers a lovely guideline. It reveals notes of fresh/juicy yellow peach, juicy kumquat and small notes of small bright white fruits, associated with touches of small yellow berries, racy minerality, as well as a fine, almost brioche/buttered hint. The palate is well-built, fruity, creamy and gourmand. It offers a tangy frame, tension, juiciness, accuracy, a certain density and a lovely unctuous/fleshy textured. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of fleshy apple, juicy/fleshy white peach and small notes of small bright fruits, combined with touches of sweet pink grapefruit, buttery/brioche, as well as fine hints of toasted hazelnut, fine salinity, a lovely gourmandise, finesse, relief and delicacy on the palate.
