The nose is pretty, fruity, complex and offers a wide range of fruit. It reveals notes of sweet kumquat, crystallized mandarin and small notes of small nuts fruits, associated with touches of fresh ginger, fine hints of sweet zest, fine touches of almost green tea/verbena, as well as very discreet hints of acacia. The palate is well-built, fruity, fresh, mineral, it offers a fresh frame, acidity, energy and a vibrant, dynamic side. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of crystallized lemon, pulpy/juicy vine peach and small notes of tangy kumquat, combined with touches of candied blood orange, as well as fine hints of bright green apple, fresh ginger and lemon blossom. Good length. There’s a subtle hint of Amalfi lemon on the finish/persistence. A little taosted almond side, almost tannic in the aromatic and structure. It also reveals a persistence on the dried fruit and an almost older feel.
