Château Doisy-Daëne 2024 – Sauternes, 1er Cru Classé

The nose is fresh, mineral and offers a floral and fresh fruit side. It reveals notes of fresh, fleshy peach, fresh fleshy apple and small notes of verbena, fresh flowers, as well as fine, racy hints. The palate is nicely mineral, fresh, racy, chiselled and offers a flinty side and good definition. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of crunchy green apple, crunchy pear and small notes of brugnon, combined with touches of citrus blossom, fresh zest and a hint of racy minerality. Good length. A wine offering fine roundness, a little gourmandise and a subtle hint of eucalyptus in the background.
