The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral and offers a fresh frame and a certain accuracy/tension. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, pulpy cherry and small notes of fresh violet, combined with touches of lilac, small fresh fruits, as well as hints of star anise. Good length. A subtle hint of graphe/cardamom in the background.
