The nose is fruity, it offers a lovely little intensity, fine concentration and a delicate floral side. It reveals notes of fleshy strawberry, pulpy blackberry and small notes of violet, associated with touches of pulpy plum, as well as fine cornflower hints, fine almost infusion-like hints, and a subtle hint of star anise. The palate is well-built, juicy, slightly pulpy and offers a certain freshness and a tangy frame. It expresses notes of juicy/pulpy cassis, fleshy cherry and small notes of conrflower, combined with touches of small blue fruits, a hint of crushed raspberry, as well as fine chocolate hints, a subtle hint of blond tobacco and lilac. Good length. The tannins are mellow and gourmand. A very discreet, almost vanilla-like hint on the finish/persistence. Nice freshness. A subtle hint of iodized, and a touch of almost blood orange in the background, adding delicacy and intensity.
