The nose is nicely harmonious, frank and precise in its relative power/intensity, and offers a lovely, harmonious and spicy side. It reveals notes of wild blackberry, black pepper/Ile de Ré wild pepper and small notes of small wild fruits, associated with a touch of graphene, peony, crushed cherry, violet, as well as fine hints of sweet spices. The palate is well-built, juicy, fruity, it offers freshness, precision, a little tension and a beautiful minerality. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, violet, fleshy cherry and small notes of violet plum, combined with touches of peony, fine, almost cranberry hints, as well as discreet toasted hints, tonka bean/cocoa and a subtle hint of vanilla in the background. The tannins are precise, fresh, frank and juicy. Good definition.
