The nose is spicy, complex, gourmand and offers a certain power/intensity. It reveals notes of nutmeg, wild blackberry and small notes of sweet pepper, associated with touches of small ripe fruits, as well as a hint of sweet tobacco, smoke and sweet spices. The palate is mineral, fruity, fresh and harmonious. It offers a certain plenitude and beautiful, textured, delicate and fine minerality. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cherry, fresh violet and small notes of fresh raspberry, combined with touches of small brilliant blue berries, as well as a hint of crushed blackberry, sweet tobacco, bourbon vanilla, sweet tobacco, a hint of toasted almond, graphene and a very discreet hint of cocoa nibs. Good length. Velvety, elegant tannins.
