Château La Pointe 2024 – Pomerol

The nose is aromatic and offers fresh fruit, a floral side and harmony. It reveals notes of boysenberry, lilac and small notes of fresh wild blueberry, associated with touches of small red berries, pretty gravelly hints, as well as fine hints of fresh tobacco. The palate is fruity, mineral, fresh, supple, it offers certain suavity, a tangy, velvety frame and precision. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy cassis, violet and small notes of brilliant blueberry, combined with touches of crushed cherry, as well as fine hints of raspberry, chocolate, tonka bean and blond tobacco. Good length and definition. A subtle hint of vanilla in the background. A well-built wine.
