The nose is fresh, fruity, airy, it offers a lovely stretched character, full of tension, fine velvetiness and precision. It reveals notes of boysenberry, small wild black fruits and small notes of gray pepper, associated with touches of small juniper berries, small wild red fruits and Sichuan pepper. The palate is well-built, fruity, fresh, mineral, delicate, velvety and offers an airy, nicely stretched character and finesse. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cassis, blackberry and small notes of brilliant violet plum, combined with touches of small brilliant blue fruits, as well as hints of cherry blossom, lily, blond tobacco and chocolate. Good length and definition. A hint of cocoa nibs and a little chewiness on the finish/persistence. A wine offering freshness and energy.
