The nose is beautifully elegant, fine, spicy and offers a lovely texture in finesse and precision. It reveals notes of blackberry, graphene and infusion, associated with touches of small ripe wild berries, as well as a subtle hint of camphor, lilac, cubeb pepper, tobacco and a lovely hint of dry Mediterranean barrier. The palate is well-built, fresh, gourmand, just right, it offers a mineral frame, elegance, a coating side, a lovely little fat with freshness and balance. It also presents substance, depth and a certain concentration in accuracy. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy cassis, suave little plum and small notes of cornflower, combined with touches of wild raspberry, fresh blueberry, fine hints of tobacco, sweet spices, smoke, dry almond, as well as a subtle hint of bergamot/infusion and cocoa nibs. The tannins are elegant, delicate and mellow. A wine offering lovely suppleness and unctuosity in freshness on the finish. Good persistence, with good work on the good bitters and a fine iodized side.
