(80% Merlot, 17% Cabernet Franc, 3% Cabernet Sauvignon) The nose is frank, aromatic, velvety and offers a certain airy power. There are notes of boysenberry, violet and small notes of pulpy/juicy black cherry and cornflower, associated with touches of nutmeg, camphor, black tea, spices, as well as a hint of nutmeg. The palate is well-built, juicy, fruity and offers minerality / a racy mineral frame, a certain depth as well as a frank, racy and taut grain. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/ripe cassis, small juicy/fresh fruits and small notes of violet, combined with touches of fleshy cherry, as well as hints of clove, nutmeg and hints of spices. The tannins are precise, mellow and sapid. Good length.
