The nose is elegant, velvety, it offers fine concentration, a certain depth of spices, an airy side in its spices and a melodious side. It reveals notes of fresh wild blackberry, clove and small notes of nutmeg, associated with touches of lily, small wild fruits, crushed cherry, tobacco, as well as a hint of almost cinnamon. The palate is fruity, mineral, juicy, bright, it offers lovely energy, a discreet hint of sappy in the background/frame, and fruit that sometimes flirts discreetly with roast-juicy. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy cassis, juicy/tangy raspberry and small notes of strawberry, combined with touches of cornflower, bergamot, a subtle hint of colas, crushed cherry, as well as fine hints of vanilla in the background.
