Château du Paradis – Saint-Emilion Grand Cru

The nose is fresh, chiselled, precise and offers good definition, a certain depth and a hint of pepper. It reveals notes of cassis, pulpy blackberry and small notes of cherry blossom, associated with touches of violet, as well as fine hints of bergamot and colas. The palate is mineral, fruity, fresh, it offers a crystalline side, a certain tension and energy. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/fresh blackberry, juicy/pulpy cassis and small notes of fresh flowers, combined with touches of small concentrated fruits, as well as fine hints of cornflower, star anise and a touch of toasted/toasted almond. Fine chewiness on the finish/persistence.
