(Organic) The nose is fruity, fresh and offers energy, intensity, depth and an elegant darkness/infusion side. We find notes of violet, small black berries and small notes of bright cassis, associated with touches of small wild fruits, a hint of sense of the place (local grove), almost rosemary, infusion, as well as a subtle hint of lilac, sweet tobacco, Cubèbe pepper and an imperceptible hint of almost blood orange. The palate is beautifully suave, delicate, silky, airy and offers a tangy frame, tension, precision, suppleness, an infusion side of finesse, as well as a very discreetly tight, velvety, elegant, iodized and airy grain. Nicely fresh, juicy and pulpy. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of bright blueberry, juicy cassis and small notes of small bright red berries, combined with touches of bright violet plum, hints of bergamot, lilac, fine hints of small wild berries, graphene, toastiness, a hint of graphene and cocoa nibs on the finish. A discreet hint of blood orange in the background. A deep, elegant wine, full of subtlety and offering great aromatic depth and freshness.
