The nose is fruity, fresh and offers a certain power, a fine grain and a sappy side. It reveals notes of boysenberry, small ripe wild berries and small notes of cornflower, associated with touches of lilac, a hint of maceron, sweet pepper, as well as a fine hint of smokiness. The palate is fruity, it offers energy, a mineral frame, freshness, good definition, precision and suppleness. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy cassis, blackberry and small notes of brilliant/bright raspberry, combined with touches of lilac, nutmeg, as well as a hint of racy minerality and toastiness. The tannins are mellow and sapid. Good length. A subtle hint of saltiness on the finish/persistence and an almost imperceptible hint of almost blood orange in the background. A wine offering juiciness, freshness and minerality.
