The nose is beautifully complex, aromatic, spicy, flowery and offers a hint of chocolate. It reveals notes of pulpy blackberry, cocoa nibs, wild strawberry, wild blackberry and small notes of spices, associated with touches of clove, a hint of incense, spices and nutmeg. The palate is fruity, mineral, it offers a fresh frame, precision, suppleness and a certain purity of fruit, very discreetly tight. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy wild cassis, violet and small notes of spices, combined with touches of lilac, nutmeg, as well as a hint of star anise, cardamom and clove.
