Holdvölgy – Culture 2016 – Tokaji Aszú

The nose is aromatic, complex, aromatically deep and offers a beautiful finesse and intensity of the grain. It reveals notes of dried apricot, yellow peach in syrup, and small notes of candied orange zest combined with a hint of candied ginger, hints of spice, and a discreet hint of tea and dried small fruits / nuts. The palate is beautifully structured, elegant, well-
balanced, silky and offers a tangy structure, gourmandise, precision, tension, roundness, fat as well as a beautiful spherical side. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of sweet kumquat, candied peach, and small notes of sweet grapefruit combined with touches of roasted pineapple, fine hints of roasted fruit, a hint of dried apricot and a subtle coconut hint in the background. Very nice acidity on the finish/persistence. Beautiful acidity and brightness of the fruit.
