The nose is aromatic and offers a certain complexity. It reveals notes of cubeb pepper, flowers, small wild fruits as well as a hint of clove. The palate is fruity and offers minerality, a tangy frame and offers suppleness and a hint of salinity. In mouth this wine expresses notes of pulpy blackberry, crushed cherry andsmall notes of small wild red berries associated with touches of Provence herbs/roasted aromatic herbs as well as hints of cardamom, tonka bean and clove.
