The nose is fruity and offers a certain concentration and power, depth and elegant darkness. It reveals notes of small concentrated red berries, blackberry andsmall notes of cornflower associated with touches of balsamic, as well as fine hints of sage and a discreet hint of tobacco and dry undergrowth. The palate is fruity and offers minerality, freshness, a good definition, a certain fatness, unctuosity and fine tension. In mouth this wine expresses notes of roasted-elegant cherry, small crushed red fruits andsmall notes of chocolate/mocha associated with touches of roasted raspberry as well as hints of oregano and sage. Tannins are mellow and gourmand. A subtle hint of local dry/fresh grove in the background.
