The nose is mineral and racy. It reveals notes of fresh local grove as well as a discreet hint of sap and a very discreet hint of pepper. The palate is fruity and offers minerality, a small tension, precision, a tangy frame, a good definition, a stretched and frank side and offers roundness and delicacy in its texture. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy blackberry, small, quite ripe wild red berries, and small notes of lilac and sage associated with touches of olive tree and fine hints of tobacco. Good length.
