The nose is fruity and offers freshness, intensity and a certain deepness. It reveals notes of pulpy cherry, cherry pit and small notes of cornflower associated with touches of nutmeg, small fleshy/crushed red berries as well as hints of fresh sage and olive leaf. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, gourmandise, a mineral frame, acidity, precision and offers minerality and silkiness. It expresses notes of bigarreau cherry, small roasted-elegant red fruits and small notes of crushed cassis associated with touches of tobacco, star anise as well as fine hints of bourbon vanilla and a subtle hint of cornflower, olive tree and fresh local grove. Good length. A hint of fresh balsamic in the background.
