The nose is elegant, racy, deep and offers concentration. It reveals notes of creamy blackberry, crushed cassis and small notes of small roasted-elegant red fruits associated with touches of fresh balsamic, black olive, a hint of roasted almond, chocolate and a subtle hint of rosemary. The palate is fruity and offers precision, suppleness, minerality, a good definition and elegance. It expresses notes of pulpy cassis, morello cherry and small notes of small roasted-elegant fruits associated with touches of chocolate, black olive and fine hints of bourbon vanilla and toastiness. A hint of toast, sage and a subtle, almost infused hint in the background. Good length. Delicate, silky tannins.
