The nose is mineral, fruity and pulpy. It reveals notes of brilliant bigarreau cherry, small red fruits and small notes of star anise associated with a floral touch as well as fine hints of sage, local grove and balsamic. The palate is well-built, racy and offers a good definition, accuracy, tension, suppleness, a certain gourmandise, and offers complexity and breed. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy cassis, small brilliant red fruits and small notes of bigarreau cherry associated with touches of cornflower, crushed raspberry as well as hints of black olive, sage, olive tree and a discreet hint of camphor and tobacco. Correct tannins.
