The wine has a pale ruby color. The nose expresses a tangy, textured and slightly tannic frame of fresh cherry and cranberries, associated with the freshness of bigarreau cherry, raspberry and red currants. After aeration, we find aromas of roasting (toasted hazelnut, coffee), fresh nuts (fresh hazelnut, fresh almond), as well as a hint of liquorice and an airy and refreshing herbaceous side (crushed mint, blackcurrant leaf). We also find a mineral nuance of limestone and dry stone in the background. The palate offers precision, firmness, powdery and fine tannins, but grippy, as well as a herbaceous touch of rose stem on the attack. The mid-palate reveals notes of cranberries, fresh cherry, red cherry, raspberry, as well as a good bitterness reminiscent of citrus fruits (grapefruit, bergamot). We also find notes of coffee, toasted almond, liquorice, aromatic herbs (rosemary, dried mint) and rose in the background. The finish is tangy and salivating, with a good bitterness and a good length.
