The wine has a pale ruby color. The nose offers concentration in its fruity material, as well as a savoury toasted and spicy hint, which obtains gourmet chocolate notes after aeration. We also find aromas of ripe morello cherry, juicy red cherry, bright raspberry, as well as liquorice, crushed cardamom, tonka bean, toasted almond, associated with a touch of sap and rosemary. The palate is gourmet, sapid, with a chocolatey and fruity attack. It expresses in particular the flavors of morello cherry in chocolate, dried cranberries, raspberry, tart red cherry, associated with spices (liquorice, black pepper, tonka bean, cardamom), a slightly drying limestone mineral touch, as well as a sappy and herbaceous note. The finish is tight, tannic, even astringent (due to the youth of Tannins). Beautiful fruitiness and slightly bitter notes of cocoa, bergamot and coffee on the persistence. Good potential.
