The wine has a pale ruby color with very light garnet reflections. The nose is open, gourmand and offers juicy fruit, complemented by woody touches. It expresses in particular the aromas of morello cherry, ripe red cherry, crushed raspberry, as well as a hint of dried cherry, as well as fresh wood, toasted almond, tangy cocoa nibs and a delicate herbaceous hint (slightly sweet wild mint, dried pine needles), as well as spicy touches (liquorice, nutmeg) and faded rose. The palate is fresh, bright and juicy. It expresses the flavors of tangy red cherry, cranberries, fresh raspberry and tangy blueberry, associated with herbaceous notes of wild mint, blackcurrant leaf in the background and pine needles, as well as a good bitterness of fresh cherry.
