The wine has a pale ruby color. Beautiful concentration on the nose, with distinct and gourmand toasted notes (toasted hazelnut, toasted almond), complemented by a herbaceous and sappy touch (pine bark, dried pine needles, wild mint). We also find a tangy fruity material (red cherry, dried raspberry, fresh cranberries, crushed blueberry). Aeration reveals notes of liquorice, cardamom, peony and rose petals. The palate is airy and enveloping, with a juicy and tangy fruity material (red cherry, blueberry, crushed raspberry), complemented by a good bitterness of cranberries. We also find the tannic touch of fresh cherry, mentholated notes (dried mint, dried pine needles), toasted nuances (toasted hazelnut, toasted almond, heated wood in the background), as well as a hint of bitter cocoa and dried flowers in the background. Tannins are grippy and tight, even a little drying on the finish. The finish is persistent, tannic and expresses a good bitterness of fresh cherry, as well as a salivating acidity and a juicy fruity material, which envelops a solid structure of the wine. Good potential.
