The wine has a pale ruby color. The nose offers a certain concentration, tangy freshness, aromas of fresh fruit, a fairly pronounced but elegant floral perfume, complemented by a mineral framework. It expresses in particular the aromas of red cherry, cranberries, raspberry, crushed blueberry and tangy strawberry, associated with notes of fresh wild rose, peony, violet, as well as a hint of rock and earth. We also find the aromas of white pepper, nutmeg, liquorice, pine needles and fresh mint, with a light sappy touch of fresh wood and toasted hazelnut. The palate is chiseled, tangy, but gourmet. It expresses notes of crushed raspberry, wild strawberry, blueberry, red cherry and cranberries, complemented by notes of fresh wild rose, peony, a slightly drying limestone mineral frame, as well as a herbaceous and spicy side (wild mint, nutmeg, liquorice), a sappy touch of fresh wood and toasted hazelnut. The finish is quite persistent, chiseled, with a salivating acidity, a tangy touch of cocoa nibs and a mineral frame.
