Tenute Guardasole 2021 – Boca DOP

The nose is fruity and offers a little power and a velvety side, finely incisive at the same time. It reveals notes of wild blackberry, quite ripe wild, wild strawberry and small notes of violet plum associated with touches of violet flowers, rose as well as hints of sweet tobacco and an almost balsamic hint in the background. The palate is fruity and offers minerality, a mineral frame, juiciness, a certain small gourmandise, fine tension, all in delicacy as well as precision. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of boysenberry, quite ripe violet plum and small notes of wild raspberry associated with touches of sweet tobacco, balsamic as well as fine hints of nutmeg, toasted almond, cardamom, toasted hazelnut and a hint of balsamic. Good length. Gourmand, mellow and pure. A beautiful wine, round, elegant and delicate despite a certain richness. Beautiful chewiness and gourmandise.
