Boniperti Vignaioli, Bartöи 2021 – Fara

The wine has a pale ruby color with slight garnet reflections. The nose is juicy, fragrant and fruity, with expressive notes of tangy red fruits (raspberry, wild strawberry, crushed blueberry and red cherry). After aeration, we find an elegant floral perfume (fresh rose, cherry blossom), as well as mentholated touches of liquorice and dried pine needles, as well as toasted wood, nutmeg and a mineral hint. The palate is chiseled, straight, tangy, with a bitterness of grapefruit and bird cherry on the attack, fine but grippy tannins, as well as a tangy fruity material. It expresses notes of red cherry, cranberries, bird cherry, raspberry, as well as sap, pine needles, toasted wood, licorice and nutmeg. The finish is quite persistent, with tangy black fruits (blueberry) and a hint of red cherry.
