The nose is aromatic and offers fine concentration, matter, a certain richness and depth, and benefits from decanting. It reveals notes of violets, wild black fruits and notes of roasted-elegant red berries, associated with touches of pink laurel and fine, almost aromatic herbs hints. The palate is fruity and juicy and offers accuracy, a fine pulpy side, a certain gourmandise, a tangy frame and energy. In mouth this wine notes of juicy/pulpy red plum, fleshy red berries and notes of cassis, associated with touches of plum blossom, local garrigue as well as a hint of oregano. Good length. Correct tannins. A hint of good varietal bitterness in the background. Good acidity on the finish/persistence.
